Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed by the State of California as an EMT-1
• CA DMV Driver License/ID Record
• High School Diploma or GED
  Either: California State Certified Firefighter I
  -or-
  Firefighters I Academy, State certified
• Possess CPR
• Hazardous Materials First responder - Operational Certificate
• Valid California Class "C" driver's license
• Be able to obtain San Diego County EMT-1 accreditation
