Board meetings are open to the public. The Brown Act provides an opportunity for persons to directly address the Board on any agenda item of interest before or during the Board's consideration of the item.

Meetings are generally held on the third Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM, at the Valley Center Municipal Water District, at 29300 Valley Center Road, Valley Center, CA 92082. Please contact Station 72 at (760) 751-7600 three days before normally scheduled meetings to confirm time and agenda items.

Board Meeting Agenda

The agenda for regularly scheduled meetings is usually established at least 72 hours before the meeting date. Whenever possible, the agenda will be posted for the upcoming meeting on this website as well as the Community Center, Station 72 and the Public Library.

Board meeting minutes are not approved until the regularly scheduled meeting of the following month. Therefore, viewable minutes will always be at least one month behind. Minutes for the preceding month will be posted here in that manner.
